the planning phase of your wedding so that we will know

Prior
to booking your event with us, we will request a face
to face meeting with the engaged couple. We want to
get to know you as you will want to get to know us.
You are inviting us to take part in one of the biggest
days of your life. We want you to understand that your
event is just as important to us.
As
soon as you book with us, we will not only help you
with the music and reception planning but also offer
you help and suggestions with virtually all aspects
of your wedding. Within 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding
(or earlier if you wish) we will again meet to discuss
your reception. You, your fiance, and Sounds Great!
will plan your entire wedding reception from the moment
your first guests walk into the door until the last
song is played. We believe in allowing our clients to
indicate to us exactly how they want their reception
to be conducted, from the order of events to the song
selections. At Sounds Great! we only make suggestions
based on professional experience. However, as the married
couple, you have to final say in everything.
Our
professional appearance begins with our formal attire
and includes our choice of only the best professional
sound equipment integrated with computer technology.
We utilize current technology to help provide you with
the best quality planning and performance.
A
service exclusive to Sounds Great! Entertainment is
offering our clients a DVD slideshow
keepsake. For an additional fee, we will produce
a DVD slideshow set to music of the bride and grooms’
lives beginning from childhood, as they become a couple
to current day. Simply provide us with a collection
of pictures and we will not only produce the slideshow,
but we will also present this special keepsake to you
and your guests during your reception on a large video
screen. Of course the DVD is yours to keep. Additional
copies can be purchased as well. This service is quickly
becoming a hit with many brides and grooms.
When
it becomes time to dance, your guests will hear music
that will get them up and on the dance floor. We will
strictly follow your musicalselections
and incorporate some traditional wedding favorites as
well. Requests from your guests will
also be accepted granted the selections reflect your
chosen musical styles. We recommend that musical genres
selected provide dancing opportunities for all guests.
As a member of the nation’s leading
disc jockey music service we will have all of your new
favorites as well as past hits. If there is something
special that we do not have, we will get it! You and
your guests will always remember your reception as being

which provides you with a sampling of our music collection.
With this database, you may search for your desired
music selections and create a request list of songs
you do and do not wish to be played during your event.
Our planning forms and event timeline will allow you
to create a perfect event according to your specifications.
Once you complete the request list and event information,
you may email them directly to us. And of course, changes
can always be made to accomodate your wishes. Should
